We are Nadia Zeb & Co. Solicitors and the following is our Privacy Policy. This privacy notice sets out the standards you expect from us with regard to personal information (personal data) about you. Nadia Zeb & Co. Solicitors is the data controller for the personal information held. 

This is important information. This is how we will deal with the information collected, stored and otherwise processed about you and the reasons for the processing when you visit our website. Also, how this information will be shared, the security checks that we have placed to ensure that your information is protected. This notice is in addition to all other such notices given to you by us.

Types of data collected by us includes names, address, contact details, your economic circumstances, ethnicity, religious beliefs and details of any other persons including children to whom the case may relate to.

The personal data will be usually obtained directly from you or another person who has given us instructions on your behalf.

. We will only ask for personal data we need and not collect the information which is irrelevant and or excessive.

. We will protect it and make sure no unauthorized person has access to it.

. We will make sure we do not keep it longer than necessary.

. We may share it with another organisation if it is necessary and permitted by law.

If a task requires obtaining personal data from you and you fail to provide it, we may be unable to undertake the task. We may have to cancel the services we contracted to provide you. However, we will inform you of this.

Your personal data will only be used by us when the law allows us. This is normally when we need the personal data to perform a contract, we have entered into with you. We need to comply with legal or regulatory obligation. Where it is necessary for our and or third-party legitimate interests and your interests and rights do not override those interests.

We will retain your data as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it is collected and any accounting and or reporting requirements. 

We may charge you a reasonable fee to access your personal data. We usually take up to thirty (30) days to comply with such requests. However, this depends upon the number of requests and the complexity of the matter.
